  • The hotel was new, clean, and well-organized, making our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the complimentary refreshments provided, including fresh fruits, dates, extra bottled water, soft drinks, and holy Zamzam water — a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The breakfast options were a little limited, but everything was tasty. They also have a coffee machine where you can prepare your preferred coffee, which was a nice addition. The receptionist was polite, friendly, and cooperative, making the overall experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great cleanliness, thoughtful hospitality, and good service. Highly recommended!

  • Masha'Allah, Tabarak Allah. An exceptionally beautiful and well-organized hotel in a quiet and modern area. It has all the necessary services, is brand new, exceptionally clean and luxurious, and features very beautiful furnishings! The prices are reasonable, and the reception and hospitality are outstanding. Everything is wonderful. God willing, this will be one of my best future choices for accommodation in the city of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

  • The hotel is absolutely fantastic, may God bless it! The cleanliness is superb, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the hospitality is generous – a plate of fruit and dates, cold drinks, and water. May God reward them. Honestly, it's worth every penny spent. May God bless them.

  • There’s no hotel like it in Madinah! The rooms are impeccable, the cleanliness is top, and there’s always a good scent from the moment you enter the lobby - you get a true feeling of being in a premium or luxury hotel. And the best part is that it’s outside of the overcrowdedness of the markaziyah - while being close enough to the Prophet’s Masjid (ﷺ) - only 5 mins drive by car. Once you stay at Aurion you may never be able to stay anywhere else! Allahumma baarik!

  • Not sure why this isn’t a 4-5 star hotel. The standard matches that of Big brands that I have been in. Only issue is the location is about 50 mins walk from Haram but you can take taxi for just 5SAR

  • One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Medina. It's away from the crowds, has ample parking, and is close to restaurants, a gas station, and useful places like banks. Special thanks to the employee Ahmed for the warm welcome and quick service. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the outdoor seating area is shaded.

  • Room was clean, but there was a slight unpleasant smell. It is far from Nabawi Masjid, there should be bus service to and from Masjid.
