Free cancellation
Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in and you get a full refund to your original payment method, issued automatically when you cancel.
The deadline is measured against the property's check-in time, in Riyadh time (AST, UTC+3). Depending on your bank, the refund can take several business days to appear.
After the deadline
- Cancelling at or after the deadline: the booking is non-refundable.
- Not arriving, or leaving before your check-out date: unused nights are not refunded.
- We don't give partial refunds: a cancellation is either fully refundable or non-refundable.
How to cancel
Sign in and open My bookings, choose the booking and cancel it there. Your refund, if one is due, starts straight away.
Booked through another site? Cancel with that site instead.
If we cancel
In the rare case that we have to cancel your booking, we'll tell you as soon as we can and refund everything you paid.
Exceptional circumstances
If something serious stops you from travelling, write to us at support@theaurion.com. Refunds outside this policy are at our discretion.
