- Each booking shows its own times; if they differ, the booking's times apply.
The rules
- No smoking indoorsSmoking isn't allowed in rooms, apartments or indoor spaces.
- No petsPets can't stay with us. Assistance animals are welcome.
- No parties or eventsOnly the guests on the booking stay, with no gatherings.
- Quiet hours at nightKeep noise low overnight so everyone can rest.
- No loud noiseNo loud sound from speakers, the TV or music.
- ID at check-inEvery adult guest shows a valid ID or passport on arrival.
- Late check-out by arrangementAsk reception first. Staying past check-out without arranging it may be charged.
- Look after the placeDamage or missing items may be charged to the booking.
- Tell us if anything's wrongReception is open around the clock; we'll put it right.
- Be considerateBe kind to our team and to the guests around you.
If a rule is broken
We may charge the reasonable cost of repairs or extra cleaning, and we may end a stay without a refund when a rule is seriously broken or other guests are put at risk. The details are in our Terms & Conditions.
